Excellent food. A large variety menu. Homemade and very fresh ingredients! My husband had chicken parm and I had pasta with butter and garlic and grilled chicken-wow! Was it ever so good!!! Also, the bean soup was to die for!!!!
Great place for breakfast or lunch. Wait staff always attentive and friendly. Yankee Bean Soup was perfect. Highly recommended.
My wife and I stopped on our way to Vermont. Our waitress Kayla was very cheerful and friendly. My wife ordered the Chef Salad, and I ordered the Broiled Halibut. Her chef salad was huge, and all the ingredients were very fresh. The broiled halibut was awesome! It was served in lemon garlic sauce that was light and not overpowering. It came with chicken and rice soup, which was excellent. This is a great diner and the prices are very reasonable.
It was the first place we came to after a long day of driving. The food was good, the waitress was friendly and attentive but not annoying.
Welcoming staff at this down home traditional diner with booths. Great place for relaxed conversation. Excellent broiled haddock dinner special. Great homemade vegetable soup! Good pancakes, eggs and French toast.
Wonderful little place! Clean and bright. The French toast was made with an inch-thick slab of in-house made Challah bread. Bacon was crispy but not burned. Asked for eggs over medium and they were cooked perfectly! Priced very reasonably. Will definitely stop in again if in this area again!
Great atmosphere. Very friendly waitresses. Our meal was wonderful. I had Shrimp Creole with Linguine and my wife had lasagna. Both were exceptional. Definitely will be back at this diner. Great menu choices and great prices.
We were headed back to California thru Albany Airport and stumbled on this great spot! Good home cookin' and tough love service made it a memorable experience! The pancake stack is HUGE! I had the open face turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and while gravy....awesome! My son left his coveted Ray-Ban sunglasses on the table and our waitress worked with the owner and shipped them back to us in San Diego! THANK YOU!!!

Good diner food. Honestly wasn't expecting much because I saw the reviews on Yelp but I liked the place. The service was friendly. Not super friendly but friendly enough. The food was hot and fresh and the soups were yummy. I don't know why they got such bad reviews. I liked my split pea soup and absolutely loved the chicken soup that my hubby got. The fish fry was freshly fried and very good. Oh and their Philly cheesesteak sandwich was very good too. Perfectly cooked meat and yummy melted cheese.
